Chi has spent the last decade developing software for startups. She embraces the dynamic pace of startups and fosters open-source collaboration. Outside of work, she explores the outdoors through hiking, skiing, and traveling.

Diogo Recharte is an engineering leader passionate about distributed systems and cloud-native architectures. His experience ranges from vehicular mesh networks to orchestrating databases on Kubernetes, specializing in Go and scaling complex systems. He now applies these skills to OpenEverest, driving the project's technical vision while building a robust open-source community. Outside of work, he loves hiking and playing padel.

Edith Puclla is an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer with several years of experience in software and engineering. She currently works as a Technology Evangelist at Percona. Originally from Peru and now based in the United Kingdom on a Global Talent Visa, she has contributed to Apache Airflow through Outreachy and supported the Spanish translation of the Kubernetes website. She also creates technical content and supports open source and community initiatives. Edith is CNCF Ambassador, a Data on Kubernetes Community Ambassador, and a Docker Captain. Outside of work she enjoys running.

Handoyo Sutanto is the CEO and founder of Lyrid, a cloud-agnostic Platform-as-a-Service company he started in 2019 after more than a decade building internal developer platforms and cloud solutions in corporate environments. Drawing on over 10–15 years of experience in cloud computing and software engineering, he created Lyrid to democratize access to modern cloud-native infrastructure, unlock underutilized data center resources, and remove vendor lock-in for developers and enterprises worldwide.

Marcin is a proactive IT advisor who combines business and technical expertise with 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales across sectors, building technical alliances, and supporting channel sales. I focus on open-source solutions and love sharing knowledge by speaking at conferences. Marcin's vision is for open source to become as sustainable as proprietary solutions—in both product development and revenue growth. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and outdoor sports (Hiking!). Happy husband and father of a young fellow.

Sergey is a product leader focusing on delivering robust open-source solutions. After having consistently contributed to the growth of Percona and its product open source culture as a VP of Product, he is now leading the Everest open source database platform. Digital nomad, who enjoys spreading the word about data on Kubernetes. He loves playing tennis and hockey, but his major passions are his family, three kids and a dog.

Iaroslavna is a frontend developer who focuses on creating a positive user experience from the first touch to the daily routine. Having completed many projects in the area of cargo transportation, she joined the Percona team, following the path of Everest from the idea and the first sketches to what it is now.
